Ingredients used

  •  almond milk – 1 cup
  •  non-fat yogurt- 3/4 cup
  • 1 whole banana, preferably frozen in chunks
  •  natural crunchy peanut butter-tablespoons
  •  honey or turbinado sugar or use a sugar replacement of your choice- 2tsp
  •  protein powder- scoop
  •  crushed ice –cup

Making Instructions

  • Add banana, yogurt, almond milk and peanut butter into a blender.
  • Set the blender to pulse to crush the ice in short bursts then increase the speed to high for 1 minute.
  • Add protein powder to make it more healthy.
  • Add sugar to your preference or avoid it as it gets its sweet taste from bananas.
